Went biking today for almost 2 hours on the trail. Sure was beautiful. K went with me and we caught up on each other's lives too while we rode. There is nothing to compare with being on a bike in October when the leaves are bright with color and the air is crisp and cool. Not to mention a blue sky that takes your breath away. I really do love fall, and I know that I have expressed this love affair to you before. I am taking advantage of the gorgeous days, either by biking, walking or jogging in the park/trail.
