This blog entry is extremely tardy, but doesn't this key lime pie look absolutely scrumpious? K made this pie from scratch for Mom F's birthday lunch. She turned 94, and we celebrated at K's house with a lunch and this key lime pie for the birthday girl! The pie was out of this world, and was absolutely the best pie ever. K and D had linguinne, meatballs and homemade pesto. D's pesto sauce was out of this world and just as awesome as the pie. So for the birthday girl, the party was a day to remember.
